REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Website Design Payments for design projects submitted to Bumble Websites are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed by the client, all monies paid are retained by Bumble Websites. Refunds will only be made in certain circumstances. (Discretionary to Bumble Websites). If we at Bumble Websites receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice, until payment is successfully taken. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

 

If you are purchasing website hosting Payments, please be aware you will not be able to receive a refund after 24 hours have passed from account opening. We also hold the right to terminate a hosting account without any notice should we feel the need to do so to protect other users. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not cancelled until notice is received from the client in writing, or until 30 days after due date of payment not received. If a client paid for a hosting package for 6 or 12 months ahead and cancels their service before plan expiration date, a refund will not be given, however management will be open to consider options.

 

Bumble Websites reserves the right disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
